Below is all the information you need to know for what to expect on tournament day. If there is anything that isn't covered please contact us and we'll answer any questions you have asap.
On Arrival

Please register with the tournament supervisor at the registration desk 45 mins prior to the 1st kick off

Managers meeting 15 mins prior to kick off

Upon registration, you will receive:

A pitch layout plan

A QR code for access to the live tournament schedule, results, and kick-off times through the Tournify app

Manager Responsibilities

Managers must ensure their team is ready to enter the field 2 minutes prior to kick-off to ensure the event runs on time.

Please help maintain a smooth flow of the schedule by adhering to these timeframes.

Pitch locations and toilet facilities will be marked on the site maps sent with booking confirmation​ pack

All spectators must ensure they dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided around the perimeter of the event area
